Cancellation and Refund

This policy outlines the process for cancelling services and requesting refunds at TechefyMe.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Service Cancellations: If you wish to cancel a service, notify us via email before the service begins for a full refund. If a service has already started, refunds will be prorated based on the work completed.
  • Monthly Subscriptions: Cancel at any time; the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Setup fees or customized service fees may not be refundable.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds for services are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Generally, we only refund the service fees, and eligibility may vary based on specific agreements.
  • If certain services are eligible for a refund, the detailed refund terms will be outlined in the respective service agreement. Please refer to your agreement for any service-specific refund policies.

Process: Submit refund requests to info@techefyme.com with the order ID and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days.

3. Exceptions

Refunds do not apply to completed services, digital products already accessed, or third-party services.

4. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed for the service fees paid, minus any applicable taxes. Customers will receive a detailed breakdown of the refunded amount, including the tax deductions.
