The short version
Everything we provide is digital, so nothing is shipped. Projects are delivered online by a launch date agreed in writing, and end with a written handover. Monthly services are delivered each month for as long as they run.
Nothing is shipped
Our services are digital: websites, listings, lead systems and automations. There are no physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and nothing to track.
When a project is delivered
Every proposal sets a launch date, agreed in writing, and the timeline runs from kickoff: the day we have your deposit and the access and content we need to start. Delivery means:
- The website is live on your domain.
- Your listings, lead system and automations are set up in your own accounts, or running on ours if we manage them for you.
- You receive a written handover by email, with the logins to everything that is yours and a record of what was set up.
If we run past the agreed date for reasons on our side, we keep working at no extra cost until it is done. Time spent waiting on access, content or approvals from you moves the date by the same amount.
Monthly services
Monthly services are delivered continuously while they run: the work agreed for each month is done within that month.
Booking a call
When you book a call, the confirmation and the meeting details are sent to your email.
If something is missing
If anything in the handover is missing or not working, email hello@techefyme.com and we will put it right.
