The short version
One fixed price and one launch date, agreed in writing: half to start, half at handover. Done by that date, or we keep working at no extra cost. Your domain and your website are yours. We don't promise rankings, and monthly services run month to month or for a term agreed in writing.
Who we are
TechefyMe is a brand of Ammar Digital Services, a sole proprietorship based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Ammar Digital Services, and “you” means the business that engages us.
What these terms cover
These terms apply to everything we provide: websites, local SEO, lead systems, AI automation, and the monthly services that keep them running. Each project starts with a written proposal that sets out the scope, the price and the timeline. If the proposal and these terms ever disagree, the proposal wins.
Price and payment
- Each project has one fixed price, agreed in writing before work starts. It changes only if the scope does, and only once you have agreed the change in writing.
- You pay half to start and half at handover.
- Monthly services are billed each month, in advance.
- We accept card and bank transfer. Each invoice shows any taxes that apply.
- If an invoice goes unpaid, we may pause work until it is settled.
The agreed timeline
Every proposal sets a launch date, agreed in writing before work starts, and the timeline runs from kickoff: the day we have your deposit and the access and content we need to start. If we run past the agreed date for reasons on our side, we keep working at no extra cost until it is done. Time spent waiting on access, content or approvals from you moves the date by the same amount.
What we need from you
- Accurate information about your business, and timely access to the accounts we need.
- Content you have the right to use: text, photos, logos and reviews.
- Approval of anything sent in your name that needs your sign-off, such as estimates and quotes.
- Permission to contact your own customers by phone, text or email, as the laws where you operate require. Lead systems and automations send messages on your behalf, and that consent is yours to hold.
Who owns what
Your domain is yours, registered in your name. The website and the content made for you are yours once paid in full.
Hosting is your choice: host the site yourself, or let us host it for you as a managed service, monitored and kept online so you don't have to think about it.
Lead systems and automations are either set up in your own accounts or run by us as a managed service, as your proposal sets out. Where we provide a GoHighLevel account, you have full access to it while the service runs; that access ends when the contract ends or when you stop the service.
The tools we use to do the work, such as rank trackers and reporting software, stay ours and are not handed over; you see the results in our regular reports instead. We keep the right to reuse our general methods, tools and code that are not specific to your business. We show your project in our own marketing only with your permission.
What we don't promise
We don't guarantee search rankings, traffic, call volume or revenue: Google, your market and your customers decide those. We promise the work itself, on time and in full. AI features can make mistakes, which is why estimates and anything sensitive come to you for approval before they are sent.
Third-party services
What we build runs on services from other companies, such as Google, hosting providers, phone and text providers, CRMs and AI providers. Their own terms apply, their fees are yours unless the proposal says otherwise, and we are not responsible for their outages or for changes they make.
Monthly services
Some monthly services run month to month, and you can cancel them at any time. Others run for a fixed term, depending on the service and the offer; your proposal sets out the term and what happens at its end. The Cancellation & Refunds policy explains how cancelling works.
Confidentiality
We keep what we learn about your business confidential and use it only to do the work. The same goes for any data about your customers that passes through what we build; the Privacy Policy covers it.
Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost leads or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Ending a project
Either of us can end a project by writing to the other. What you pay, or get back, depends on how far it has gone, as set out in Cancellation & Refunds. Whenever a project ends, we hand over the work done so far and everything that is in your name. Services we run on our side end with the contract, including any GoHighLevel access we provide.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we update this page and the date at the top. A project is governed by the terms in effect when its proposal was agreed.
