1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or engaging TechefyMe Digital Services (“TechefyMe”, “we”, “us”) for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

TechefyMe provides digital services including web design and development, search engine optimisation (SEO), AI automations, product development, GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM setup and management, and related digital marketing services. The specific scope of services for each engagement is defined in a written proposal or service agreement.

3. Proposals and Engagement

Any quote or proposal provided by TechefyMe is valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. A proposal does not constitute a binding agreement until both parties have confirmed in writing (email confirmation is sufficient) and the agreed advance payment has been received.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment terms are specified in each project proposal.
• Most engagements require an advance payment (typically 50–100%) before work commences.
• Payments are collected via Razorpay payment links sent directly to the client.
• Work will not begin or continue until the agreed payment has been received.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide all necessary materials, access, content, and feedback in a timely manner
• Ensure all content and materials provided do not infringe third-party rights
• Designate a single point of contact for the project
• Respond to review requests within 5 business days to avoid project delays

6. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full and final payment, all deliverables created specifically for the client under the service agreement become the property of the client. TechefyMe retains ownership of all work until full payment is received.

TechefyMe reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing before project commencement.

Any third-party tools, libraries, themes, or platforms used in delivering services remain subject to their own respective licences.

7. Limitation of Liability

TechefyMe delivers services to the best of its ability but does not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., revenue growth, ranking positions, lead volumes) unless explicitly agreed in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechefyMe's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat as confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement by providing written notice. In the event of termination, the client is liable for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination. Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced (see our Cancellation & Refunds Policy).

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
