This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. We collect only what you give us: your details when you book a call or email us, and what we need to do the work if you become a client. We never sell it.
Who we are
TechefyMe is a brand of Ammar Digital Services, a sole proprietorship based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We decide how the personal data described here is used. Questions go to Ammar, at hello@techefyme.com.
When you visit this site
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, has no advertising or tracking pixels, and stores nothing on your device. Like any website, it is served by a hosting provider, which records basic request details, such as IP address, browser and time, to keep the site running and secure.
The 3D robot beside the booking calendar is loaded from Spline, a design service, so your browser connects to Spline's servers, which receive your IP address and browser details.
When you book a call or email us
We receive your name, your email address, the time you choose, and anything you write in the booking form or in your email. We use it to arrange the call, to reply, and to prepare for the conversation.
When you become a client
We keep your business and contact details, your invoices, and the account access you share with us, for as long as we work together. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.
Your customers' data
The lead systems and automations we build handle data about your customers, such as names, phone numbers and messages. We process it only on your behalf and on your instructions, to set up, run and support what we built. You are responsible for having the right to collect it and to contact those customers.
What we don't do
- We don't sell personal data.
- We don't use it for advertising.
- We don't add you to marketing lists without asking.
How long we keep it
Booking and email details: for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry. Client records: for as long as we work together, and afterwards for as long as the law requires, for example for tax.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, and you can object to how we use it. These rights come from the laws that protect you, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, in the EU and the UK, the GDPR. Email hello@techefyme.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
We keep access to personal data to what the work needs, and we use established providers. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will tell you.
Children
This site and our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we update this page and the date at the top.
Requests and complaints
For questions, requests or complaints about your personal data, contact Ammar at hello@techefyme.com. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
